8.0− Futon bed was not as comfortable as usually futon is. It was lower on one side. So it was not very comfortable

To use the hotel's free shuttle from JR Hakuba Train Station or Hakuba Bus Terminal, please make a reservation at time of booking.
A free shuttle bus runs from the hotel to Happo-One Ski Resort and Hakuba 47 Winter Sports Park. Please check the schedule at the front desk.
The Main building and the Annex at Hakuba Hotel Ougiya are connected by an underground walkway. Hakuba Hotel Ougiya and Ougiya Ryokan are a 5-minute walk apart via an underground walkway.
