Glad Inn Ebisuya is a conveniently located inn with very friendly and helpful staff!
9.0Great location and very delicious meals served in the restaurant.
− Although available, because there was only one washing machine and clothes dryer it was a bit hard to use, particularly the clothes dryer.

10.0Thank you very much. It was an excellent place. Highly recommended the breakfast and dinner a fantastic. The staff is extremely kind and I love them and I would highly recommend my friends to visit there.

− Only has a shared onzen shower room to use at night until 8am (Seperate male and female but No private shower rooms) which my teenage son was not very comfortable with.

10.0Everything about our stay here was fantastic from the staff to the breakfast, on site onsen and lift acccess. This is a wonderful place to stay.
Very warm comforting accom in the heart of hakuba
10.0Loved the basement onsen! Also really close walk to lifts (not ski in ski out though). Very clean. Has internal lift which not all accom has. very friendly hosts. It is japanese style (tatami mats) but it says this so dont act suprised like some of the comments, embrace this!
