It needs investment and renovations!
5.0Location. Close to shuttles. Close to restaurants. Reception staff very friendly. But hardly saw them?
− Our room was dirty, dated, cracked toilet seat. The windows blew open (it was freezing) No one cleaned our room for 6 days. We took out our own trash, washed and dried towels. And paid a small fortune to stay. Never again!

− 私どもの予約以外に団体様の予約があったとの事で、部屋タイプをアップグレードしてくれたのですが‥‥ あいにく、今回の宿泊では高齢者を連れての宿泊だったので部屋内の浴槽ありでホテルを探していました。 アップグレードのお部屋には、シャワー室のみだった為、ホテルを吟味して決めた意味がなくなってしまいました。 アップグレードは、凄くありがたかったのですが、変更の際は事前確認していただけると助かります。 素敵なホテルなので今後の参考になれば幸いです。

10.0Excellent staff and fantastic location, especially for easy access to the slopes and high quality food! Great dry room for snowboard gear which comes in very handy for drying boots and gloves to get you out there fresh every day.
