Not clean and staff was not good.

− The bed sheet has blood stain and the bath towel had black stain. We talked with the staff and management and they denied its their issue and they are no willing to do anything to compensate this disgusting experience. The water pressure is very low and it takes long time to finish the bath. Overall unpleasant experience.

Perfect get away.
10.0Perfect location opposite first ski lift. Next door to ski hire and restaurants, indoor/outdoor onsen. Bus shuttle within 10 mins wait everynight to restaurants in same village, otherwise bus every 15 mins to get into main town for dinner, shopping etc. Beautiful accommodation.
