4.0The location of the hotel is brilliant, and from the exterior it looks nice
− but to say our room was a disappointment would be an understatement. It was a bizarre in that the room in sq meters was probably fine, but it was long and narrow. Other than the bed, the only furniture was an old desk and chair that Ikea would have been ashamed of, plus a old wardrobe pushed sideways into a corner. To top it off, the room did have a balcony, but it looked straight out at the back of the neighbouring building, less than a meter or two away. In fact, I could step down off the balcony onto the roof of the neighbouring garage. It has to be the only room in Zermat with absolutely no view! It should have been used as a storage room rather than given to paying guests. We are not sure what we did wrong to get this room, rather then the pleasant ones they show in the photos. Especially since we were not in peak season. fortunately most of the other hotel rooms we had in Switzerland were brilliant - but not this one.

8.0綺麗で清潔感もありました！朝ごはんは下のレストランでビュッフェスタイル。とても美味しかったです。
− チェックインの時間に行ったら受付に人がおらず、電話したら出てきてくれました。もし英語が全く話せない方だと、とても困りそうだなと思いました。
Un’ottima scelta
8.0La posizione centralissima, la camera molto carina con terrazzo affacciato sulla via principale, la presenza di prese USB e USB-C ai lati del letto e anche in altre posizioni, utilissime per caricare i vari dispositivi Vicina alla stazione del treno shuttle da Täsch
− Praticamente niente da criticare, avrei gradito la presenza di un bollitore con qualche bustina di caffè
