10.0The hotel exceeded our expectations. A modern hotel with beautiful room design. The bathroom was very luxurious. Great location—a 6-minute walk from the Zermatt train station and just a 1-minute walk from the Sunnegga funicular station. The hotel also provides a free shuttle to and from the train station. There is an excellent bakery right next to the hotel. The staff was very kind and courteous. A wonderful experience.

− Wish that it had fans available. There are no/few places with air conditioning in Zermatt so having a fan would have been helpful to move more air on the top floor when they were experiencing temperatures 22 degrees F above average. Wonderful stay otherwise.
