9.0Very new and clean, thought of everything from coffee to laundry to humidifiers in each bedroom.

10.0The whole process was so easy and Ali was very kind and fast with every answer. It was a short stay but we loved the place, super close to the city center and the easy to access everything. We would recommend for anyone going for a sky trip, but also for a quick stay in the city for restaurants and shopping as we did.
− It is not an specific problem of this stay, but I do feel that check-out could be at least at 11am. It's common sense in mountains stay to check out at 10am, but it feels quite rushed to wake up and be ready when not in the ski pace.

10.0What an amazing condo! Next to the mountain, trails, heart of shopping and restaurants….and so newly appointed, clean, well decorated and very spacious. Kitchen well stocked with coffee (even decaf which is my go to), cream and thoughtful gift basket of snacks. Communication was so helpful, checkin and out flexible, they were always there for me. Highly highly recommend!!! Will return when in Aspen again!
