“Beautiful Exterior, Disappointing Service
2.0Here’s the English translation of your review: --- I stayed at this hotel for three days. The exterior is stunning and beautifully designed. However, the cleanliness leaves much to be desired. In three days, housekeeping only came once—and all they did was change the sheets and take out the trash. The floors weren’t even lightly cleaned. After checking out, I realized I had left something behind. I tried contacting the hotel by phone and email, but received no response. If you’re currently considering booking this hotel, I strongly suggest you look into other options instead. --- Let me know if you’d like to polish the tone for a public review or adapt it for a complaint email.
