10.0Everything was perfect! The staff were amazing, the breakfast was delicious, and the onsens plus the massage chairs were perfect after a day of skiing. The overall vibe of the place is unforgettable. This place truly has a soul!

10.0This was our second stay at Skala, as we loved the hospitality and friendliness of Osamu San and his family. Their local knowledge makes your stay a breeze. The breakfast, the inn is clean and quiet, the amenities and proximity to restaurants and busses to the mountain make it easy to navigate. There is a laundry, a drying rack, ski storage area, public bath, massage chair. Everything you want or need. They go above and beyond for their guests. They even arranged to send our luggage straight to the airport. Everything is easy and hassle free.

10.0The staff at Skala Inn went above and beyond our expectations and provided amazing hospitality from start to finish, super friend, welcoming and helpful. The homemade breakfast was delicious and the over all environment was homie and spacious.
− The walls are quite thin so you can hear other people at times, but that’s was the only dislike we could think of. We would still stay again and recommend to family and friends.
