Please note that there is no reception, breakfast, or daily maid service. Entry is assured by unique codes on the door keyboard which will be provided to you by the owners.
Please note that before arrival the property requires names and date of birth of all guests, plus a valid ID card number or passport number. Please send this information to the property at least 1 week before arrival. Your guest registration form will be in the apartment to be signed upon arrival. Please put the signed form in the box at the entrance within 24 hours after arrival. You will get a copy for yourself, which you can use for discounts in the Kitzbuhel area.
Change of sheets or cleaning during your stay can be arranged for a fee, either at the time of your booking or by contacting the owners during the stay.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in.
