From the moment we arrived, the Gold experience began. We were whisked away to a private, personalized check-in on the Gold Floor, bypassing any lobby queues a small but significant detail that sets the tone for the stay. The cornerstone of the Gold Level is, without a doubt, the Fairmont Gold Lounge. This wasn't just a place to grab a quick coffee; it was a five-star dining experience throughout the day. The cost savings from enjoying these daily, top-tier meals more than justified the upgrade, turning it from a splurge into an incredible deal. What truly elevated our stay above any other hotel experience we’ve ever had was the impeccable service. The Gold Concierges were proactive, highly intuitive, and executed every request flawlessly. 10.0Wonderful hotel. We paid extra for the gold class and it really was worth it. Separate checkin, helpful team to sort anything we needed (including lift passes), great selection of food, snack and drinks all day including breakfast. 10 min walk into the main area, but really easy and nice to be out of the main centre. Definitely recommend and we’ll be back!
