非常非常糟糕的入住体验！
1.0非常糟糕的一次住宿体验，180瑞郎住了一间连洗手间都没有的单人小🪵房，还不包含早餐，本来入住时间是10.5号，系统自动选到11月，下单后立刻发现并联系酒店，他们说不可取消，不同意取消，又继续沟通了三天，说可以改到10.5号 但是需要加101瑞郎，没办法又补了100多，结果到店发现房间非常的小且设施简陋，还没有卫生间，得下个楼梯才能去洗手间和洗浴，酒店也没有前台，需要去隔壁的酒店办理，前台办理也非常缓慢，3点之后才到还是需要等30分钟才办理好入住，第二天早上睡到8点多门突然打开了，服务员拿着钥匙自己开门进来了 说是打扫卫生，也不敲门，直接开门进来了，都好穿了睡衣，wtf，真的非常糟心的一次入住，第一次用booking也是最后一次，体验非常非常差！
− 不用改进，因为这辈子不会再住第二次！

Lovely, cosy and welcoming.
9.0The receptionist was very friendly and helpful and welcomed us to the hotel. Explained everything with ease. The hotel room was small but we didn't need a big room. The bed was comfy and the shower was great. It was nice to have a balcony too. Just a shame we didn't get a view of the Matterhorn! We only stayed one night so didn't try any of the food at the sister hotel. Overall it was a nice place to stay overnight.
− Some of the other guests were noisy but this is no reflection on the hotel. The staff in the morning made a little bit of noise when cleaning. There was a notice in the bathroom not to use our own hairdryer and to use theirs but one wasn't provided. It might be something to request from reception.
