10.0The service was excellent, with a shuttle service to and from the train station. I was very impressed. The atmosphere was great, quiet, peaceful, and very natural.

8.0The location was excellent, close to the facilities and lifts. Due to an old injury flaring up I had to leave earlier than planned. The staff were exceptionally helpful, finding travel options back to Sapporo.

Near Annupuri ski resort, but a lot of restaurants are closed during off-season.

10.0Second time staying here, they seem to be continually making small tweaks to further improve the facilities. Very convenient location, friendly staff and comfortable! Free parking just opposite and a few places to eat within walking distance. Breakfast is good and plentiful.
− Only a very minor point, maybe a little less pepper on the mushrooms and egg in the breakfast!
