8.0Wunderschönes und komfortables Hotel. Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend und nett. Alles sehr saubèr und ordentlich.
− Das Essen im Restaurant und in der Bar waren leider etwas entäuschend. Frühstück war ok.

5.0Le fait qu'après notre réclamation on nous est changé de place. Les cocktails du bar à cocktail étaient bons Les parties communes sont très agréables
− Note chambre était situé sur la rue principale directement sous l'entrée de la discothèque de l'hôtel. Les gens qui sortaient de la discothèque sont restés dans la rue pour continuer à boire te chanter jusqu'à 5 heures du matin sans aucune intervention du personnel de l'hôtel. Sans aucun double vitrage nous nous sommes endormis à 5h30 du matin Petit déjeuner à améliorer

Please note that Zermatt is a car-free village. You can park your car in Täsch (indoor parking) and continue to Zermatt by train or taxi. The train ride from Täsch to Zermatt takes 15 minutes. The hotel is a 5-minute walk from the train station.
Please inform the hotel at least 10 minutes before your arrival in Zermatt if you want to make use of the free transfer service.
