10.0This place is perfect. The property is great. Location is unreal. We walked to ski, to dine and to Lawson. The shuttles are super convenient and chill. The breakfast is great. Drying room is tip top. And the Onsen!!!! Wow. I plan on coming back anytime I’m in Hakuba. Thank you Keyaki No Ki.

6.0The hotel is about 80 style old but rooms are big.Rooms are not made up daily. The staff is excellent very helpful , shuttles to the major ski hills. They shuttled us to our bus on our last day. If you are fine with a clean 3 star this could be your hotel.

6.0建物が老朽化して、夜は周辺の灯りが乏しく、肝試し風。コロナ禍のため大浴場の利用が不可でしたが、その代わりに近隣温泉施設の利用チケットを配布していたのは良かった。 朝食と夕食ビュッフェは品数も豊富で大満足。寝るだけなら満足できます。一人5千円でした。

The Japanese Ministry of Health, Labour, and Welfare requires all international visitors to submit their passport number and nationality when registering at any lodging facility (inns, hotels, motels, etc. ).
