10.0３度目の利用で、内装などが大幅にリニューアルされ、木材（カラマツ）がふんだんに利用されており、木の香りが心地よい。７年前の利用時に既に水の洗浄装置付きトイレになっているのは、日本人にはありがたい。朝食、夕食ともに満足できる内容だった。マッターホルン の見える眺望も楽しみです。また、たまたま最上階の部屋だったので天窓があり、星空を見ながら眠りについた。いつも利用している部屋ではなかったが、新しい楽しみを体験できた。

Family Vacation- June 2026
10.0We loved the Julen Hotel in Zermatt- our favorite place of the whole Swiss vacation. Our family suite was amazing- plenty of room for a family of four. The A/C was a treat, minibar fridge, and lovely furnishings. Having two bathrooms was also very nice. The front desk staff was very helpful and kind to us and the breakfast was amazing. I did have a massage which was very relaxing and the spa/pool was also very clean and a fun treat to use. We enjoyed ourselves very much- Thank you and we'd highly recommend to anyone. :)

Please note that Zermatt is a car-free village. Guests can park their car in Täsch (garage parking) and continue to Zermatt by train or taxi.
A complimentary transfer service from and to the train station in Zermatt is offered to all guests on their arrival and departure day.
