Great stay in Hakuba. We loved the Sierra Resort.

Amazing amenities, staff extremely friendly and polite. Private and public onsens were great. The shuttle service worked well.

− I would suggest adding a few hooks for towels to hang upon. We were in a family suite and there was not enough places for the wet towels.

The seasonal pool will be open from July to August.

Hot springs access available from 6:00 AM to 1:00 PM.

The Japanese Ministry of Health, Labour, and Welfare requires all international visitors to submit their passport number and nationality when registering at any lodging facility (inns, hotels, motels, etc. ). Additionally, lodging proprietors are required to photocopy passports for all registering guests and keep the photocopy on file.

Please note that some properties do not permit guests with tattoos to use the onsite public bathing facilities.
