Beautiful hotel and very reasonable prices .

− The keys never worked and had to be replaced every day . The tv did not work during the 5 days we stayed there and neither did the phone . They have major technical problems in the rooms .

Nice, clean hotel in a great location.
9.0The property was nice and clean and in a perfect location for walking to all the restaurants, shops, and ski lifts. We would stay here again :)
− My only complaint was the hot tub being cold. We hiked 15 miles over the mountains from Frisco and were looking forward to relaxing in the hot tub the whole way over. Sadly, it had been turned down and was cold.

No Air Condition for 2 days
4.0First off the hotel is really nice and located perfectly in the middle of Vail. The hotel advertises air condition in all the rooms and that was one of the main reasons we chose it along with being in Central located in Vail. The first 2 days there was no A/C. Even the hallways were hot. We were traveling in a group of 6 so we had 3 rooms all on the 4th floor. We told the front desk about the issue and were told they've had problems and will be working on it. They offered a floor unit, which meant you had to leave your sliding door open at night to use it. The rooms were hot! I had talked with the owner Flynn. He offered no resort fees and valet for just 3 days. There was a communication problem because when I had originally spoken to him he told me no fees for our stay which was 6 nights. Not even a discount on the rooms! I expected at least 1 free night. I wasn't asking for much. We didn't even get a call or an email before our arrival to say that the air condition wasn't working! That's bad customer service . That is why I scored them the way I did. They really didn't seem to care.
