Good stay near Vail; not exceptional but not bad.
8.0So this is listed as a 3 star stay, and for that it's good. The unit I stayed at felt a bit dated, the building is dated. All in all it was good but know that in the summer it can get a bit stuffy/hot inside. My unit had no windows that opened so the only way to get air flow was to keep the front door and the bedroom balcony door open. The problem is the bedroom faces the I-70 so you will hear constant traffic noise. But it's either that or the room going up to 80 degrees. Pick you poison I guess.

9.0The staff was helpful and kind. We experienced a protracted electrical outage and the staff was amazing.

Quick weekend in Vail.
6.0I found The Vail Raquet Club online. It is a bit off the beaten path and approximately 4 miles from the village. It was clean and had a homey vibe. There was a table and chairs on the front deck along with a grill. The back deck has chairs to sit as you watch and listen to Gore Creek. There is a bus stop nearby to take you to local nearby stops, if you did not want to drive. The second bathroom’s shower was not hot - lukewarm at best. The towel bar kept following down. Televisions are complicated to work - would suggest instructions. The refrigerator freezer did not have any ice cube trays….would like to have the ability for ice during our stay. When we return to Vail, we will consider staying here in the future.
Great time, never disappointing place.
10.0Stayed here for the 4th time and would definitely come back. We stayed in a nice renovated unit which had all we needed for the most part. I would suggest only that the TV's be updated to newer smart ones and the sofa should be updated as well. Besides that, unit was good. There was some construction in front with some noise. Really liked the areas with the creek in front and amenities like tennis, picket ball, basket ball courts, pool. Great location and place to stay in the quieter location of Vail.
The stay was good, I like the free parking and was nice area with view from the balcony.
