7.0The property was very clean, well-equipped, and conveniently located close to everything we needed. It was comfortable, well-maintained, and made our stay enjoyable.
− a member of the housekeeping staff shouted "Housekeeping" and immediately opened the door to my room without waiting for a response. At the time, I had not yet checked out and was undressed in the room. This was a significant invasion of privacy and caused me considerable discomfort. I previously contacted both the general hotel email and housekeeping management regarding this matter but have not received any response. I would appreciate an acknowledgment of my complaint and an explanation of any measures being taken to prevent similar incidents from occurring in the future.

− Price was ridiculous for a 3 star hotel but all the hotels over way overpriced in Banff
It was OK.
6.0Bed comfortable and coffee in foyer for guest and pool
− Hotel room walls poor condition. Could do with painting and trims repaired. Coffee not replaced in room.

− After paying $1,250.00 for two below average rooms they asked us to pay to park at the hotel, our TV wouldn't work properly even though we had a employee come to our room and lighting was poor, Derek.

− It was expensive for not much amenities. Also I didn't understand why the resort tax or fee..
