− 剛入住時因為陰錯陽差沒有收到入住密碼，要聯繫工作人員電話一直沒人接，大雪中躲在車子裡一直找不到工作人員聯繫方式，印象直接打了折，一樓跟二樓淋浴蓮蓬頭一直無法使用。

Amazing stay
10.0I stayed at KOA Townhouse during my last trip to Niseko, and it was an amazing experience. The house is absolutely beautiful and looks exactly like the photos on the website. The place was spotless, and the accommodations were very comfortable. The WhatsApp customer service was extremely responsive, and the host was incredibly helpful—offering to pick me up between the townhouse and the Hirafu Welcome Center, as well as assisting with moving my luggage up and down the stairs and to the car. Highly recommend!
