10.0The man that checked us in was wonderful. I think his name was Grant. So very helpful.
Dated unit, but clean and well equipped.
8.0It is a little deceptive to have a picture of the Grand Hyatt implying you will be staying on property only to learn your accommodations are off property. The place was very dated. Old appliances, decor, fixtures, etc. On the positive side it was very clean and well equipped with plenty of towels and toiletries. They could have had some more laundry detergent and coffee, but otherwise ok.
