Please refund my second day fund as we booked for another hotel .

− 1. This is totally difference from the photo . 2. Checked out early morning on next day , therefore strongly request for refund of second day . 3. Booking.com should check the suitability of price setting . This kind of small and cheap furniture absolutely not worth to place a price of 45,000 jpy per night even at high season .

8.0ちょっとしたペンション風のホテル。オーナーさんのあたたかい人柄がにじみ出る感じの、居心地よいホテルでした。トロン温泉のお風呂もとても気持ち良かったです。
− お部屋の壁が薄いのか、お隣の声や廊下の足音がよく聞こえたのが、強いて言えばちょっと残念。寝られない程ではなかったですが。

9.0Very nice small hotel with onsen and a great communal area (including free drinks and video games). They were flexible and accommodating and I highly recommend this place.

9.0Booked a japanese room for two, travelling in summer. We were particular about having a private toilet/shower and this was one of the more affordable properties in the area which was able to accommodate this. Friendly staff, clean interior, easy drive to the location and adequate parking. Did not experience the proximity to skiing mentioned in other reviews because... it was summer. Easy drive to Farm Tomita and Ningle Terrace.
− The stairs. There are no lifts, so be cautious regarding your fitness to manipulate your luggage up the stairs, which is fair enough. However, the dimness and decor make it difficult to distinguish one step from another and it's easy to have an accident if you're not careful/if your luggage is too big. Add to that that this is a 'no shoes' facility so I was wearing oversized slippers.
